Returns & Refund Policy – Zardi Care

15-Day Return Policy

At Zardi Care, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, some personal care and beauty products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
